Rob, your speech at the meeting clearly states why the pier is such an awful idea and ecological/cultural nightmare that would be regretted immensely by both citizens and tourists. Doesn't the mayor understand that the reason Z is an attractive place to be is because IT ISN'T CANCUN!! As much as I love Z and as often as I visit I would probably find a new place if I must put up with the "white shoe, blue hair" crowd every day.
