It's a small guest inn on Playa Caracol (between Playa Principal and La Madera). It's the home of a former mayor (seems like they all have waterfont homes) that has been converted into rental rooms. I saw it described as a boutique hotel, but I don't believe that's quite an accurate descr1ption compared to other area boutique hotels.
